By entering and using this Site, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable laws and internet policies.

 

Any personal information gathered from you through this Site, being name, email, or any other information you have chosen to provide, through the contact form, is considered to be with your consent as you voluntarily provided this information, and is used solely for the purpose of contacting you with the information that you have requested relating to our coaching Services, and for no other purpose.

We receive, collect and securely store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.

 

By visiting our Site, we automatically collect some non-personal information regarding your computer or mobile device. We may also use software tools, or third-party services such as Google Analytics to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. When you book a session with us on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

As mentioned briefly in section 2.0 above, we collect Personal Information for the following purposes:

This website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

Your information might be shared with appropriate law-enforcement agencies government entities or following a court order. We may disclose or access information whenever we believe the law requires it, such as to comply with a litigation, or that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraudulent activities, or if we consider it necessary to maintain and improve our products and services offering.
